A short note to tell you that your paper has been very effective for us in obtaining new leads for listings and sales. The first week that the paper comes out, we get several calls of people wanting to have us come over to see their property and discuss selling. We have found that many people actually save the data from month to month so that they can refer back to it later. It has been the best advertising dollar we have spent, particularly when it is necessary to control costs.
